Street Hunt — Weekly Scavenger Hunt

A weekly outdoor community challenge: walk with STEPN or STEPN GO, photograph the week's theme, share on X and Discord, and win your share of GMT rewards.

What is Street Hunt?

#StreetHunt is a weekly community scavenger hunt run by STEPN GO. Each week has a new theme — you go outside, capture photos matching the theme while using the STEPN or STEPN GO app, compile them into one image, and share on X (Twitter) and Discord for a chance to win GMT. Usually 2,000 GMT is split between 2 lucky winners each week via a random raffle.

Warning

Street Hunt is NOT an in-app mini-game. It is an outdoor community challenge — you must physically go outside, walk or run with the app active, and take real photos. AI-generated or stock images are not allowed.

How to Participate

The same rules apply every week, regardless of the theme.

Step 01

Walk or Run with the App

Open STEPN or STEPN GO and earn energy as normal. Your app must be active during the outing — this is a Move-to-Earn event.

Step 02

Take ≥3 Original Photos

Capture at least 3 different, original photos that match the weekly theme. No AI-generated, stock, or duplicate images — they must be your own real photos taken outdoors.

Step 03

Compile into One Image

Create a single combined image that includes: all 3+ theme photos AND a visible screenshot of the app's social share screen (the post-run sharing page inside STEPN/STEPN GO).

Step 04

Post on X with Hashtags

Share your compiled image on X (Twitter). Always include the hashtags: #STEPN #STEPNGO #StreetHunt plus the weekly theme hashtag (e.g. #Hats, #Birds, #Circles).

Step 05

Submit in Discord

Copy the link to your X post and submit it in the STEPN GO Discord server inside the #hunt-the-street channel. That's your entry — 2 random winners are drawn after each round ends.
